Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - CCU Float Pool /n/n Job Details: /n • Epic experience required /n• Float to a variety of ICUs throughout the facility /n• Must be comfortable and competent caring for ICU patients in multiple environments including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, progressive critical care unit (PCCU), and ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU awaiting bed placement /n• Level I trauma center experience highly preferred /n• Experience floating to various ICU units highly desired /n• Provide critical care nursing for complex patient populations /n• Adapt to different unit protocols and patient care requirements /n• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across various critical care settings /n/n Facility: /n This major medical center operates as a Level I trauma center providing comprehensive critical care services across multiple specialized units. The facility features advanced ICU environments including neurology/trauma SICU, medical ICU, cardiac/vascular ICU, coronary care unit, and progressive critical care units.
