Job Description:

a Clinical Nurse III in our Short Stay Surgical unit. The
designated professional will leverage expertise in nursing
practices to facilitate optimal surgical care and quick patient
recovery. This role demands a compassionate, detail-oriented person
who will work closely with surgeons and other healthcare
professionals to ensure effective preoperative and postoperative
care within surgical unit. Work closely with surgical teams to
prepare patients for surgery, ensuring all preoperative
instructions are followed Monitor patients' vital signs and
administer medications as prescribed Provide postoperative care and
thorough assessments to detect complications Educate patients and
their families on post-surgery home care requirements Maintain
accurate and updated patient records Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans Assist in
the efficient operation of the surgical suite Strong clinical
skills in a surgical setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced
environment Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred
