Provide nursing care under the supervision of physicians and Registered Nurses (RNs) across varied specialties. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient response. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans. Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient care and progress. Educate and counsel patients and their families on preventive care, medical issues, and use of prescribed medical treatments and medications. Participate in training sessions and seek opportunities for professional growth. Competency in administering medications and performing treatment procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment Dedication to patient education and advocacy Proficiency in electronic medical record systems Current LPN license valid in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced certifications in specialties are advantageous but not required
