Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and become a key player in providing

newborns and their families through state-of-the-art care practices

direct and specialized care for newborns in the NICU Monitor
critical patients, administer medications, and maintain patient
records Collaborate with multidisciplinary health teams to assess
and strategize patient care plans Educate and support families,
offering information and reassurance during their NICU experience
Ensure strict adherence to all hospital safety practices and
infection control measures Strong clinical skills in neonatal
intensive care Proficiency in using medical software and patient
management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
Detail-oriented and compassionate with a strong sense of advocacy
for patients and families Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing
(RNC-NIC) strongly preferred
