Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Schenectady, NY Agency: Job.com Pay: $2,250 to $2,350 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Job.com to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Schenectady, New York, 12308! Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Perform procedures such as IV insertion, phlebotomy, medication administration, EKGs, and management of drips and infusions. Assist in the evaluation and stabilization of patients presenting with illness, trauma, or psychiatric crises. Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practitioners, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure safe and effective patient care. Float to the ED Observation Unit as assigned. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR (Cerner).
