Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Registered Nurse (RN)

7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum of 5 years of
nursing experience, with recent adolescent experience within the
last 3 months. License: Active Vermont or Compact license required.
Certifications: American Health Association BLS required.
Must-Have: - Recent experience in adolescent behavioral health
within the last 3 months. - Inpatient psychiatric experience within
the last 3 months (long-term care experience is not accepted). -
Experience working with adolescent populations detailed on the
resume. - Willingness to float to other units and take charge
shifts. Description: This position is for an adolescent unit.
Candidates must be comfortable and highly experienced in this
specialty. Candidates must be able to start on the specified date;
no exceptions will be made. The role includes working with a
multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and
interventions. The nursing process will be utilized to meet the
needs of patients requiring complex nursing care. The RN will
provide clinical supervision of mental health workers to ensure the
safe and therapeutic delivery of care. The focus is on helping
patients develop and maintain their sobriety while managing
co-occurring psychiatric issues such as Depression, Bipolar
Disorder, and Anxiety Disorders. The treatment team specializes in
providing high-quality intervention, medically assisted drug and
alcohol withdrawal, stabilization, and education needed to ensure a
strong and successful recovery. Scheduling requests must be
presented at the time of submission. Crisis Prevention Intervention
training will be offered on-site. Please outline the patient
populations with which the candidate has experience. The role may
