Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose and treat visual
diseases, disorders, and deficiencies. Prescribe corrective lenses
and medications as required. Provide pre- and post-operative care
to patients undergoing eye surgeries. Educate patients on proper
eye care and promote eye health and safety. Collaborate with
opticians and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated
patient care. Maintain accurate and secure patient records. Stay
updated with the latest trends and technologies in eye care. Strong
diagnostic skills, Proficiency in using optometric equipment and
tools, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to
handle eye care emergencies effectively. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license
to practice optometry. Certification by the National Board of
Examiners in Optometry (NBEO).
