Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Acute Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Medical Surgical Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Springfield, MA. Job Function: /n - Night Shift. /n - 3x12. /n - Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications. /n - Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications by a licensed registered nurse. /n - Educates patients on surgical procedures.
