Teach patients and their families about managing chronic
conditions, medication regimens, and post-surgical care to promote
self-care and recovery. Track patient progress, monitor for
complications, and report any significant changes in the patient's
condition to the physician or healthcare team. Qualifications: VT
Registered Nurse License Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Minimum 1-2 years of nursing
experience in a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare settings,
preferably in areas like medical-surgical, geriatrics, or community
