Schedule 8-hour day shift from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, 40 hours per week Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care in a psychiatric setting. The position requires strong skills in patient assessment and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Responsibilities - Conduct thorough assessments and document patient interactions. - Implement patient care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team. - Utilize de-escalation techniques effectively in crisis situations. - Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Current BLS certification is required. - Must possess a nationally recognized de-escalation certification (AVADE, CPI, PRO-Act, MOAB, etc.). - Cerner EMR experience is preferred. - Prior psychiatric nursing experience is a plus.
