Description Primary Care Physician South Central Vermont COMPENSATION: $250,000 Base RVU Potential up to $400,000 Outstanding benefits This southern Vermont practice uniquely provides the community with access to Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Care Management services for the whole family. Primary Care services include on-site Behavioral Health providers, Social Workers, and Care Management, along with preventive programs like diabetes management and education. We are a multi-site FQHC serving 80% of the primary care needs in our community (central Vermont).
