Job Description Unit Description: Our Cardiac Rehab department
is open from 6:45 to noon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for
exercise and charting. ICU or PACU experience preferred. ACLS
required. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to
join our Cardiac Rehab team. In this role, you will provide
specialized care and support to patients recovering from cardiac
events, helping them to regain their strength and improve their
cardiovascular health. You will work collaboratively with a
multidisciplinary team to develop individualized rehabilitation
plans and educate patients on lifestyle changes that promote heart
health. On-Call: Not Required /n Requirements: /n /n - Current RN
licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required. /n -
Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
