Franciscan Health Rensselaer has over 40 physicians providing
primary care and specialty services such as cardiology,
orthopedics, urology, oncology, and more through hospital-based
outpatient clinics in the surrounding community. Community
Description Rensselaer is the county seat of Jasper County in
northwest Indiana, with a population of just under 6,000 people.
