opportunity for a Family Practice Physician in central Vermont ! If

provide high-quality healthcare to the community, empowering
patients to take an active role in their health. You’ll manage
chronic conditions, provide follow-up care, and collaborate with a

the best possible outcomes for your patients. What We Offer:
Competitive compensation —new graduates start at $250,000 , with
experienced physicians earning $350,000–$400,000 during an 18-month
guarantee. Plus, you’ll transition to an RVU/Production model with
unlimited earning potential thereafter! Generous bonuses and up to
$10,000 in relocation assistance. Comprehensive medical, dental,
and vision insurance , plus paid malpractice insurance . Work-life
balance with 4-day work weeks and on-call duties only 3 weeks per
year . 1 week of CME leave annually with a $6,000 allowance .
Eligibility for student loan repayment —up to $20,000 per year!
