Job Description:

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented City Mail Carrier Assistant to join our team within the Government/Civil Service sector. This role supports our postal services by assisting City Mail Carriers in ensuring mail delivery is timely, efficient, and accurate. Assist City Mail Carriers in sorting and organizing mail and packages for distribution. Deliver mail along designated routes within the city under the supervision of a senior mail carrier. Collect outgoing mail from public boxes and residential areas. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with the general public. Maintain accurate delivery records and report any delivery issues to supervisors. Adhere to postal safety standards and operate delivery equipment as needed.
