Job Description IDR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Amsterdam, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Travel Med Surg RN – 13 Weeks | Night Shift | Amsterdam, NY | Urgent Rate A facility in Amsterdam, NY is seeking 2 experienced Med Surg RNs for 13-week night shift contracts. This is an urgent-need role with 24 guaranteed hours per week and the possibility of 36 hours depending on census. Schedule: - Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM - Start Date: 06/30/2025 - 13-week contract - 24 hours/week guaranteed (potential for 36 hours/week) Unit Info: - Med Surg Unit - Charting system: Meditech ? Requirements: - Active New York State RN license - BLS (AHA) required - Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience - Travel experience required COVID Policy: - Vaccine not required, but highly recommended by facility This is a great opportunity for experienced Med Surg RNs seeking a high-urgency contract with flexibility in weekly hours and a chance to make a quick impact in a fast-paced unit. 2 openings. 13-week night shift (7p–7:30a). 24 hrs/week guaranteed, potential for 36. Must have NYS RN license, BLS, 2 years Med Surg experience, and prior travel experience. Meditech charting. COVID vaccine not required but recommended.
