Job Description:

Seeking a licensed RN/LPN to provide compassionate nursing care in assisted living and memory care communities across Illinois, Indiana, and Florida.
Perform nursing procedures within legal scope, ensure infection control, and contribute to resident assessments and care plans.
Lead medication administration, document resident conditions, and assist with emergency care, while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Supervise and train wellness staff, enforce policies, and coordinate clinical tasks like scheduling podiatry, TB testing, and incident reporting.
Deliver excellent customer service, promote residents' rights, and communicate professionally with families, staff, and visitors.
Must hold a current, good-standing RN/LPN license, have at least one year of senior care experience, and demonstrate strong organizational and documentation skills.
Physical ability to handle medium work, relate to diverse residents, and pass background and health screenings are required.
