Job Description:

Practical Nurse (LPN).
Deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like environment, supporting

Assess, communicate, and document residents-------- health status
accurately.
Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants and Lead Care
Assistants.
Coordinate care with providers and respond effectively to
emergencies.
Requirements include a current LPN license, CPR certification, and
1-2 years of experience, preferably with the elderly.
