It is the perfect hybrid of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Addiction Medicine; providing care to an under-served, diverse, and truly appreciative patient population.We are currently looking for a Full-Time, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide on-site medical care at the Rensselaer County Jail in Troy, NY and Schenectady County Jail inThis is a 40 hour/week position. Weekly schedule is majority Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Weekly schedule would be 3 days per week at Rensselaer County Jail and 2 days per week at Schenectady County Jail.Benefits:Professional Care believes in offering a competitive compensation and benefits package to all their employees! You are also eligible to accrue "sick and safe" leave benefits under the New York State Sick Leave Law (i.e., NYSSL).
