ratio than other providers.A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides
specialized nursing care at one of DCI's in-center hemodialysis
units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in
ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized
for every patient.Schedule : Full-time, three 13.5-hour shifts
starting at 4:30am; Sundays off; no overnight shiftsCompensation :
Pay range from $33.25-$47.41 per hour, depending on nursing and
dialysis experienceBenefits :

- Among othersResponsibilitiesWhat You Can Expect:
- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies
and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and
procedures
- Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating
changes with physician and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart
reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed

- Accredited nursing degree required
