Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.Schedule : Full-time, three 13.5-hour shifts starting at 4:30am; Sundays off; no overnight shiftsCompensation : Pay range from $33.25-$47.41 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experienceBenefits :

• Among othersResponsibilitiesWhat You Can Expect:
  • Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
  • Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
  • Administer and chart all prescribed medications
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
  • Document required patient education efforts
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance
  • Lead a small patient care team
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed

      • Accredited nursing degree required
      • Dialysis experience not required, job shadow opportunities available
