Family Medicine Opening in NY Located in East Greenbush, NY - 6 miles from Albany, NYSeeking additional Family Practice physicians for full time placement. Enjoy excellent colleagues, strong system practice support, and a physician friendly environment.Providing routine care for illness, injury and chronic conditions for patients of all ages, medical center is conveniently located in East Greenbush, just minutes from Exit 9 on I-90. The practice has seven physicians and five advanced practitioners and is well established-enjoying strong area growth and ample access to sub- specialty care.Our expert and caring providers offer adult and geriatric health care; pediatric exams; routine immunizations and preventive inoculations; preventive health and wellness care; and patient education. The practice is NCQA certified as a level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home.Services include:- routine health maintenance;- on-site laboratory and imaging services;- social work services- Appointments are available prior to regular business hours starting at 7:00 am.- We also offer extended evening hours until 7:00 pm, and Saturdays 8:00 am to noon.- The group shares rotational telephonic call one in twelve.
