Responsibilities include:

- - - - - - - - - -Recording and report patients' vitals
- - - - - - - - - -Communicating with residents' families
- - - - - - - - - -Supervising the unit
- - - - - - - - - -Collaborating with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
- - - - - - - - - -Educating and updating patients regarding medical plans and treatments
- - - - - - - - - -Maintaining confidentiality of all resident & facility data
Requirements:
- - - - - - - - - -Unencumbered active LPN license
- - - - - - - - - -1+ year LPN experience in a long term care environment
- - - - - - - - - -Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language
