Do you have experience working with the elderly patient population?
Looking for a motivated, hardworking, and experienced NP or PA candidate to join the growing Visiting Docs Organization (a Polaris Healthcare company). Ideal candidate would have previous experience working with patients in their residence or in assisted living facilities. -
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: -
--- Provide general primary care to facility patients
--- Diagnose, treat and manage both acute and chronic conditions
--- Prescribe and refill medications as appropriate
--- Order and interpret diagnostics tests such as imaging and lab work
--- Documents patients' history and treatments in EMR

Qualifications:
--- Active unrestricted New York state NP or PA license
--- Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
--- PECOS enrolled
--- DEA certified
--- BCLS
--- Knowledge of eclinicalworks preferred.

Troy, NY
Catskill, NY -
Amsterdam, NY
Part time positions available at each location. Possibiity of full time for those willing to travel between these locations.
