About the Role Our Healthcare Advisory Services Consulting practice
is seeking a Revenue Cycle Practice Lead at the Principal level to
join our integrated team of professionals. We provide
operations-focused consulting services to healthcare providers and
organizations nationwide, helping them optimize revenue cycle
performance and achieve strategic objectives. As the Revenue Cycle
Practice Lead, you will leverage your consulting expertise in
healthcare-based revenue cycle operations to lead engagements,
mentor team members, and deliver exceptional client service. Our
team partners with community hospitals, physician groups, and
post-acute providers across the U.S. to strengthen their
performance and financial sustainability. You will play a key role
in shaping strategy, driving operational improvements, and building
lasting client relationships that reflect our commitment to
excellence and the Withum Way. What we are looking for: An
energetic, results focused, people centric leader who: Provides
strategic direction for the revenue cycle advisory practice,
emphasizing growth as a goal, quality, innovation, and client
satisfaction. Lead and oversee performance improvement engagements
across the full revenue cycle spectrum for organizations ranging
from community hospitals to sub/post-acute providers (physician
practices, home health, long-term care, hospice/palliative care,
and behavioral health). Manages multiple consulting projects,
driving improvements in operations, financial performance, and
compliance. Advises clients regularly on revenue performance
management and regulatory requirements. Builds strong client
relationships, identifies growth opportunities, and leads proposal
development and presentations. Represents the firm at conferences,
industry events, and in client meetings; enhance visibility through
articles, webinars, and industry participation. Mentors and
develops consulting staff, fostering a collaborative,
learning-oriented culture. Communicates effectively when engaging
senior leadership, including CFOs and RCM executives, earning trust
and credibility in high-level boardroom discussions. Upholds values
of integrity, transparency, and long-term client relationships.

thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset. Effective collaborator and
leader of experienced professionals. Ability to travel (20%-30%) as
needed. Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree required,
Master’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or related
field preferred. Preferred Certifications: HFMA (Healthcare
Financial Management Association), CHFP (Certified Healthcare
Financial Professional) and/or CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle
Representative). Experience: 10 years of progressive experience in
healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a
consulting leadership role (practice lead, director, or senior
manager). Proven experience advising community hospitals, physician
enterprises, and post-acute providers on revenue cycle improvement
initiatives — ideally across both front-end and back-end functions.
Prior success growing client relationships and practice revenue,
including proposal development, account management, and
cross-service collaboration. Demonstrated ability to lead and
mentor consultants; comfortable with project oversight and

High?performing individuals in this position will be strongly
considered for advancement into the partner ranks , with a
structured pathway that rewards leadership, practice growth, and
alignment with our culture and values. The compensation for this
position will vary by location and overall experience. Base salary
for this role is $150,000–$320,000 annually with bonus
opportunities. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers
a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible
roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer
amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role,
hiring location, as well as the individual’s skills, experience,
