Job Description:
The Supply Chain department is hiring! The Manager, Network
Master Data (Supply Structures) position creates and curates master
data specific to our operational networks from the business. This
position identifies and drives various Supply Chain initiatives,
delivering significant impact to overall operations within
Regeneron IOPS. They will work closely with a variety of functional
departments across IOPS to understand, improve and standardize
business processes ensuring effective and scalable supply chain
planning and operations. This position will ensure systems are
leveraged to fully meet supply chain business objectives and
manages system implementation and improvement projects. As a
Manager, Network Master Data (Supply Structures), a typical day
might include the following:
- Leads a team of direct reports responsible for network data
creation and maintenance in enterprise and non-enterprise planning
systems.
- Influences cross functional leadership in outstanding
methodologies of master data management.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of operational manufacturing
businesses and the influence that master data has on all functions
of business.
- Ability to quickly learn a new business and apply previous
background to solving new problems.
- Implement best in class data management strategies with key
focus on process and technology.
- Ensures GxP compliance across the team, creates and maintains
standard operating procedures.
- Tracks qualification status of team members and upholds
principles of ALCOA+
- Seeks opportunities and leads efforts to improve business
processes through continuous improvement and business process
re-engineering.
- Mentors and coaches others on data management standard
processes.
- Reviews and approves changes to GxP processes for maintaining
high quality network data.
- Supports collection of business requirements and assesses,
develops, and recommends solutions.
- Subject matter expert in data standards for maintaining
compliance.
- Leads projects to increase transparency and use of key network
data elements.
- Supports the standardization of supply chain data sources
across IOPS.
- Leads the creation of network data records, ORGs and
Sites.
- Assists the team with unit testing, integrated or block
testing, end-to-end testing, system validation and change
control.
- Manages drafting, review, and approval of project
documents.
- Provides coaching to direct reports, including employee
development plans, and fosters a healthy work environment where
employees feel valued and respected.
- Supports supply chain business operations by providing best in
class process for data management.
- Owns the defining and generating Key Performance Indicators to
measure team's performance.
- Embraces and promotes the IOPS culture and the Regeneron Way.

- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and changing

- Excellent time management, organizational skills and written
and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Kinaxis RapidResponse and
Oracle OPM.
- Ability to empower and lead a team and supervise and coach
staff.
- Experience with interviewing, hiring, training, coaching and
disciplinary actions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate details
clearly and effectively.
- Attention to detail, fact-based, self-motivated and ability to
work under stress.
- Business Analysis, Project Management and Continuous
Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus. In order to be
considered for this position, you must hold a bachelor's degree in
Business, Information Systems or a scientific subject area and
- Associate Manager: 7 years of relevant experience
- Manager: 7 years of relevant experience
- Senior Manager: 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Supply Chain Management in a pharmaceutical or
biotechnology environment preferred
- May consider equivalent combination of education and
experience.
- GMP regulated experience a plus.
- RapidResponse or other planning environment
- Master Data Management within an OPM environment.
- APICS or other related Supply Chain certifications a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.

$86,900.00 - $194,200.00
