Technician within our agriculture operations, you will play a
crucial role in maintaining and repairing our industrial equipment,
ensuring the smooth operation essential to our global agricultural
supply chain. This position involves hands-on work in a dynamic
environment, where every day offers a chance to directly contribute
to our mission of sustaining the global community. Perform regular
maintenance and emergency repairs on agricultural machinery and
equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot to prevent
equipment downtime. Collaborate with operations team to optimize
equipment performance and reliability. Maintain a clean and safe
work environment following all safety standards and protocols.
Document maintenance work completed and update maintenance records.
Advise on modifications to improve machine efficiency and reduce
costs, assisting with installations as needed. Strong mechanical
aptitude and problem-solving skills. Experience with hydraulic and
pneumatic systems. Proficient in using various hand tools, power
tools, and welding equipment. Good communication and team
