Job Description A client of ours is looking for a Superintendent within the Healthcare space to join their team. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience within Healthcare Construction. Please apply if this role interests you, the client is looking to move quickly Manages on-site personnel and subcontractors - Coordinates the work of various trades, ensures crews arrive on schedule, and resolves conflicts between different teams working on the project. Ensures project stays on schedule and within budget - Creates and maintains construction schedules, tracks progress against timelines and identifies potential delays before they become major problems. Enforces safety protocols and compliance - Conducts daily safety inspections, ensures workers follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies, and maintains a safe working environment for everyone on site. Serves as the primary communication hub - Acts as the liaison between project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring everyone has the information they need and that issues are communicated up the chain. Handles quality control and problem-solving - Inspects work to ensure it meets specifications and building codes, addresses construction issues as they arise, and makes on-the-spot decisions to keep the project moving forward
