Summit Bobcat in Walden, NY, is looking for a parts professional to join a growing department at our growing company. General Job Duties and Responsibilities: Complete inside sales for walk-in customers, incoming emails, ecommerce/fax orders Look up parts for customers and technicians in a computerized system and in parts manuals where necessary. Generate and submit order forms and sales invoices. Verify accuracy of orders, including pricing, quantity, shipping cost and items Proactively inform customers of pricing, shipping dates etc. Verify stock availability and communicate accordingly. Assist in inventory management (parts stocking, service parts retrieval, returns) Shipping and receiving parts and other post/freight items. Other duties as assigned/needed. Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to think critically. Strong organizational skills Team player willing to go the extra mile. Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 2 years’ parts experience strongly preferred.
