Assistant for the Design & Construction Team. The client for this
project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS) in Albany, NY

Responsibilities Administrative Assistant - Provide administrative
coordination to ensure projects under the unit proceed in a timely
and efficient manner. - Act as a liaison with various internal
workgroups to provide support with meeting scheduling and
coordination to support Design and Construction (D&C)
initiatives. - Support the preparation of reports and process flow
charts using a variety of computer applications. - Support the
gathering of information and addressing follow-up questions in
result of D&C Bright Idea submissions from general employees. -
Provide administrative assistance by preparing materials, building
and maintaining meeting agendas, taking minutes, distributing
meeting minutes, and following up for completion of action items
for timely execution. - Assist in the development of continuous
improvement initiatives. - Additional duties as assigned to support
the Operational Improvement Unit. Qualifications Preferred
qualifications are: - Organized and process oriented. - Reliable
follow-through. - Excellent written communication skills. -
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook) and comfort learning Vizio and MS Forms. - Clear and
professional communicator. - Able to work effectively with diverse
populations of people in a team setting yet able to work
independently within established guidelines. - Experience
supporting cross-functional teams. - Professional discretion when

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work
environment - Compensation: Min $50-,000 - $60,000 - The range
provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the
time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
