Job Description:
Applicant must have excellent customer service and
communications skills. Client facing position. Must be capable of
multitasking, prioritizing, shifting gears while anticipating needs
and must be able to keep on task. Scheduling, filing, answering
emails and phone calls, as needed. Maintain a professional
atmosphere in officeand with public. Familiarity with gmail and
google docs. Razors Edge or realational database a plus.
Mon-Fri8:30-4pm, after Feb 23 9am-4:30pm.
