Job Description:
The Admin Assistant supports individuals, large teams or
directors. Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares
reports, budgets and other presentation materials. Schedules,
maintains multiple calendars and coordinate meetings.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer phones and greet onsite guests Schedule
appointments and maintain calendars Schedule and coordinate staff
and other meetings Manage accounts and general bookkeeping Prepare
communication such as memos, invoices and reports Write and edit
documents including letters, contracts, invoices, reports and
instructional documents Create and maintain filing system General
office duties QUALIFICATIONS: HEALTHCARE/MEDICAL BILLING SOFTWARE
KNOWLEDGE A PLUS Must have 2+ years experience in office
administration or other related fields Good time management and
problem solving skills Superior written and verbal communication
skills Strong organizational skills Proficient computer knowledge
including Word, Power Point and Excel including pivot tables
Bookkeeping and financial management experience Team player a must
