are seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our
growing employee-owned company in our Troy office. This position
will require the candidate to provide overall support to the staff
of the Troy office. The ideal candidate will perform various
administrative functions relating to the front office
administration including responsibility of answering and directing
incoming phone calls. The position is part time with anticipated
hours of Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm (approximately 25
hours per week). This position requires an energetic, flexible
quick learner with the ability to cope with pressure, deadlines and
multi-tasking. Essential Job Functions:
- Handling front office activity.
- Receive and direct all incoming phone calls, page and take
messages when necessary.
- Greet and announce visitors to the office.
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail, packages and
- Coordination of meetings, conference rooms and conference
- Copies, faxing and scanning of documents when requested.
- File Management and Archiving.
- Printing of Project Schedules, Binding and Mailing of
Proposals, Submittals and Plans to Clients Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook
- Valid clean driver's license
- Ability to lift upwards of 20 pounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to effectively interact with internal and external
