Accounts Payable Specialist We're hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a thriving manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and understands the importance of 3-way matching in a fast-paced industry. Key Responsibilities Process high-volume A/P invoices with accuracy and efficiency Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices (3-way match) Research and resolve vendor discrepancies and billing issues Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate records Assist with month-end close and reporting as needed What You Bring 2-4 years of A/P experience, preferably in manufacturing or inventory-heavy environments Strong knowledge of the 3-way matching process Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams Why Join This Team?
